Delivery Policy

  • We deliver orders all across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–4 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary slightly during sales, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers will be informed in case of any delay.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • The product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

  • No return or exchange will be accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed in the form of store credit or exchange.

  • Cash refunds are not offered.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of return or exchange due to customer error, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
